JDM CALIMOTOR SPORTS CORP sells used automotive parts, including but not limited to used engines, transmissions, body parts, wheels, seats, suspension parts, accessories, and related components.

Unless expressly stated in writing, all products sold by JDM CALIMOTOR SPORTS CORP are used, not new, not rebuilt, and not remanufactured.

Used automotive parts may show signs of normal wear, age, storage marks, cosmetic imperfections, corrosion, dirt, oil residue, scratches, dents, broken plastic clips, missing external accessories, or previous use.

Product photos, videos, descriptions, mileage estimates, fitment information, and condition notes are provided for general reference only. We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information, but we do not guarantee that product appearance, color, accessories, included parts, mileage, or cosmetic condition will exactly match photos or descriptions.

Product images may show external accessories or components attached to engines or transmissions. Unless expressly stated in writing, external parts are included for convenience only and are not covered by warranty.

Product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to modify, update, discontinue, limit, or refuse the sale of any product at any time.

Section 3 — Used Engine and Transmission Notice

All engines and transmissions sold by JDM CALIMOTOR SPORTS CORP are used mechanical components.

Used engines and transmissions may require inspection, maintenance, replacement of external parts, tune-up items, fluids, seals, gaskets, sensors, belts, hoses, plugs, filters, timing components, water pumps, thermostats, or other service items before installation or use.

The Buyer is solely responsible for verifying:

  • Correct fitment
  • Compatibility with the Buyer’s vehicle
  • Engine code
  • Transmission type
  • Year range
  • Emissions requirements
  • Smog requirements
  • Local laws and regulations
  • Required modifications
  • Installation requirements
  • Condition before installation

The Buyer and installer must inspect the product before installation. If a product appears incorrect, damaged, incomplete, or unsuitable, the Buyer must contact us before installation, modification, disassembly, or repair.

Installation of a product constitutes acceptance of the product’s condition, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved in writing by JDM CALIMOTOR SPORTS CORP.

Section 4 — Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product listed in your order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or modify any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, incorrect product information, or errors in inventory.

Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process payment.

We may contact you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or phone number provided at the time of purchase.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been accepted, processed, fulfilled, prepared for shipment, or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped, fulfilled, or prepared for pickup or delivery.

A cancellation fee may apply where permitted by law, including a $25.00 fee for canceled orders paid by check.

Section 5 — Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, unless there is a pricing error, inventory error, or other issue that requires cancellation or correction.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, freight, customs, duties, import charges, handling charges, storage fees, insurance, or other related costs.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information for all purchases.

You represent and warrant that:

  1. You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
  2. The payment information is accurate and complete.
  3. Charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider.
  4. You will pay all charges, including product price, taxes, shipping, freight, handling, customs, and any other applicable charges.

We reserve the right to cancel or delay any order until payment has been fully received and verified.

Section 6 — Shipping and Delivery

We ship to all U.S. states and Canada.

If you are located outside the United States or Canada, please contact us before placing an order. We will do our best to assist you, but international shipping may not always be available.

Orders are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours after full payment is received.

In-stock items are typically shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed and processed before 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time may ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. may ship the next business day.

After fulfillment, delivery usually takes 1 to 7 business days, depending on destination, carrier availability, freight conditions, weather, customs, and other factors outside our control.

All shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, freight companies, customs processing, incorrect shipping information, missed delivery appointments, weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, government actions, or any event outside our control.

Section 7 — Freight, Risk of Loss, and Delivery Inspection

Large items such as engines and transmissions may be shipped by freight carrier. Products may be strapped to pallets, wrapped, crated, or otherwise prepared for transportation.

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, freight carrier, delivery company, or transportation provider, risk of loss may pass to the Buyer to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Buyer is responsible for inspecting the packaging and product immediately upon delivery and before signing any delivery receipt, bill of lading, or carrier document.

If there is visible damage, the Buyer must:

  1. Report the damage directly to the driver before signing.
  2. Clearly write the damage on the delivery receipt or bill of lading.
  3. Take clear photos and videos of the packaging and product.
  4. Contact JDM CALIMOTOR SPORTS CORP immediately.

Failure to document shipping damage at the time of delivery may result in denial of any freight or damage claim.

JDM CALIMOTOR SPORTS CORP may assist the Buyer in filing a freight claim where possible, but we are not responsible for the carrier’s decision, delay, denial, or payment of any claim.

Unless shipping insurance is expressly purchased or included in writing, shipments may not include insurance.

Section 8 — Local Pickup and Local Delivery

Local pickup or local delivery may be available for certain orders.

The Buyer is responsible for confirming pickup or delivery arrangements with JDM CALIMOTOR SPORTS CORP before arriving or sending a third party.

If the Buyer sends a third-party carrier, driver, mechanic, friend, family member, or delivery company to pick up a product, that person is deemed authorized by the Buyer to inspect, accept, and receive the product.

JDM CALIMOTOR SPORTS CORP is not responsible for damage caused after pickup by the Buyer, the Buyer’s representative, or the Buyer’s selected transportation provider.

Section 9 — Final Sale Policy

All sales are final.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted unless expressly approved in writing by JDM CALIMOTOR SPORTS CORP or required by applicable law.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Refused, returned, or unauthorized shipments may be subject to:

  • A 25% restocking fee based on the invoice amount
  • Original shipping charges
  • Return shipping charges
  • Freight charges
  • Storage fees
  • Handling fees
  • Carrier recovery fees
  • Any additional costs incurred by JDM CALIMOTOR SPORTS CORP

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Products must not be returned without prior written authorization from JDM CALIMOTOR SPORTS CORP.

Section 10 — Warranty Policy

All purchases are subject to our separate Warranty Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, warranty coverage is limited and varies by product type.

Generally, warranty coverage may include:

  • Engines: 90-day limited replacement warranty, head and block only
  • Automatic transmissions: 30-day limited replacement warranty
  • Manual transmissions: 10-day startup warranty
  • Body parts, wheels, seats, accessories, suspension, coilovers, and similar parts: no warranty
  • Mazda rotary engines, KL-ZE, 13B, and similar specialty engines: sold as-is, no warranty, no return, no exchange

Warranty coverage is limited to the specific covered product and does not include labor, shipping, towing, diagnostic costs, fluids, installation, removal, programming, storage, rental vehicles, loss of use, lost income, inconvenience, or consequential damages.

To qualify for any warranty consideration, the product must be installed by a certified mechanic at a professional repair facility, and the Buyer must provide proof of professional installation, diagnosis, purchase receipt, and any other documentation requested by JDM CALIMOTOR SPORTS CORP.

Opening, disassembling, modifying, repairing, swapping, racing, overheating, abusing, or improperly installing a product may void any warranty.

Warranty claims are subject to review, approval, inspection, and product availability.

Section 11 — Smog, Emissions, and Legal Compliance

JDM CALIMOTOR SPORTS CORP does not guarantee that any engine, transmission, or automotive part will pass smog, emissions testing, inspection, registration, or any federal, state, local, provincial, or international legal requirement.

The Buyer is solely responsible for verifying all applicable laws, rules, and regulations before purchasing, installing, registering, driving, or using any product.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Smog requirements
  • Emissions requirements
  • Inspection requirements
  • Engine swap requirements
  • Registration requirements
  • Import requirements
  • Off-road use restrictions
  • Local, state, provincial, and federal laws

JDM engines and transmissions may be imported used parts and may not be legal for street use in all jurisdictions without modification, inspection, certification, or approval.

JDM CALIMOTOR SPORTS CORP is not responsible for failed smog tests, failed emissions inspections, registration denial, inspection fees, modification costs, referee requirements, penalties, fines, or any legal compliance issue.

The Buyer must verify all legal requirements with the proper authorities before purchase and installation.

Section 12 — International Orders, Customs, Duties, and Import Charges

For orders shipped outside the United States, the Buyer is solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, inspection fees, brokerage fees, storage fees, return freight, government fees, and any other charges imposed by customs authorities, shipping providers, or government agencies.

If an international shipment is delayed, refused, rejected, seized, returned, or denied entry by customs or any authority, the Buyer remains responsible for all related costs.

JDM CALIMOTOR SPORTS CORP is not responsible for customs delays, customs decisions, penalties, seizures, duties, taxes, import restrictions, or refusal of entry.

Section 13 — Product Fitment and Compatibility

Product fitment information is provided for general reference only.

The Buyer is responsible for verifying that the product is correct for the intended vehicle before purchase and before installation.

No claim will be paid for installation of an incorrect part. The Buyer and installer must compare the purchased part against the original part before installation.

JDM CALIMOTOR SPORTS CORP is not responsible for fitment errors, compatibility issues, incorrect installations, custom swap issues, chassis conversion issues, wiring differences, ECU differences, sensor differences, emissions differences, or any modifications required to install or operate the product.

Section 14 — Intellectual Property

Our website, store, content, product descriptions, photos, videos, graphics, logos, designs, text, layout, trademarks, service marks, and other materials are owned by JDM CALIMOTOR SPORTS CORP, its affiliates, licensors, suppliers, or service providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use our website and services for personal and lawful purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, publish, download, scrape, store, transmit, resell, or exploit any part of our website, content, product listings, images, videos, descriptions, or services without our prior written consent.

The Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy for any approved warranty claim shall be replacement of the covered product, subject to our Warranty Policy, approval, and product availability.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by the Buyer for the specific product giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
