Shipping policy

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to all U.S. states and Canada.

If you are located outside the United States or Canada, please contact us before placing an order. We will do our best to assist you, but international shipping may not always be available.

Orders are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours after full payment is received.

In-stock items are typically shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed and processed before 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time may ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. may ship the next business day.

After fulfillment, delivery usually takes 1 to 7 business days, depending on destination, carrier availability, freight conditions, weather, customs, and other factors outside our control.

All shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, freight companies, customs processing, incorrect shipping information, missed delivery appointments, weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, government actions, or any event outside our control.


Freight, Risk of Loss, and Delivery Inspection

Large items such as engines and transmissions may be shipped by freight carrier. Products may be strapped to pallets, wrapped, crated, or otherwise prepared for transportation.

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, freight carrier, delivery company, or transportation provider, risk of loss may pass to the Buyer to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Buyer is responsible for inspecting the packaging and product immediately upon delivery and before signing any delivery receipt, bill of lading, or carrier document.

If there is visible damage, the Buyer must:

  1. Report the damage directly to the driver before signing.
  2. Clearly write the damage on the delivery receipt or bill of lading.
  3. Take clear photos and videos of the packaging and product.
  4. Contact JDM CALIMOTOR SPORTS CORP immediately.

Failure to document shipping damage at the time of delivery may result in denial of any freight or damage claim.

JDM CALIMOTOR SPORTS CORP may assist the Buyer in filing a freight claim where possible, but we are not responsible for the carrier’s decision, delay, denial, or payment of any claim.

Unless shipping insurance is expressly purchased or included in writing, shipments may not include insurance.


Local Pickup and Local Delivery

Local pickup or local delivery may be available for certain orders.

The Buyer is responsible for confirming pickup or delivery arrangements with JDM CALIMOTOR SPORTS CORP before arriving or sending a third party.

If the Buyer sends a third-party carrier, driver, mechanic, friend, family member, or delivery company to pick up a product, that person is deemed authorized by the Buyer to inspect, accept, and receive the product.

JDM CALIMOTOR SPORTS CORP is not responsible for damage caused after pickup by the Buyer, the Buyer’s representative, or the Buyer’s selected transportation provider.
