The engine is compression-tested and the transmission is inspected—providing a complete JDM replacement package for compatible Honda Civic models seeking responsive performance, improved fuel efficiency, and dependable operation.

The L15B VTEC Turbo engine and CVT package combines direct fuel injection, efficient turbocharging, variable valve timing, and smooth continuously variable operation. It provides strong low-end torque, responsive acceleration, excellent fuel economy, and reliable everyday performance.

This package does not fit naturally aspirated, manual-transmission, Civic Si, or Civic Type R models. Engine and transmission compatibility must be verified separately because not every Japanese-market L15B CVT is interchangeable with a North American Civic transmission.

JDM installations may require transferring the original USDM turbocharger, intake and exhaust components, high-pressure fuel-system components, wiring harness, ECU, TCM, sensors, mounts, accessories, axles, flexplate, torque converter, and other external parts as needed. Honda HCF-2 CVT fluid should be used during installation and servicing.
