Low-mileage Acura MDX 5-speed automatic AWD transmission imported from Japan 🇯🇵. Inspected and ready for installation—designed as a JDM replacement for compatible 2003–2006 Acura MDX models equipped with the 3.5L J35A engine and VTM-4 all-wheel-drive system.

This J35A-compatible AWD automatic transmission is engineered to provide smooth shifting, dependable torque delivery, and reliable operation under everyday driving conditions. It is an excellent OEM-style replacement for compatible first-generation Acura MDX models.

Transmission identification numbers, internal gearing, electronic controls, and external components may differ between 2003–2004 and 2005–2006 models. The transmission tag must be matched before installation. Engine compatibility alone does not confirm transmission interchangeability.

Installation may require transferring the original USDM torque converter, transfer unit, wiring, sensors, solenoids, switches, mounts, brackets, cooler lines, axles, and other external components as needed. PCM initialization or reprogramming may also be required.

This transmission does not fit 2001–2002 or 2007-and-newer Acura MDX models. Fitment information is provided for reference only. For automatic transmissions, 30-day limited replacement warranty.
For manual transmissions, 10-day startup warranty from date of purchase.
